NT4010
Advanced CAR-T
NT4010 is an advanced CAR-T technology mainly targeted to hematological cancers. High levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the tumor can lead to inhibition of immune cells. By removing certain factors induced by ROS, this advanced CAR-T technology overcomes oxidative stress inhibition, improving T cell function.
It is a technology that can achieve a therapeutic effect even in solid cancer beyond the limits of Currently, CAR-T in which the target protein is knocked down is manufactured/produced, and its effect on anti-tumor effects in animal models is being evaluated. The first anticancer efficacy evaluation has been completed, and the efficacy of NT-I7 combination is being evaluated.
We expect to be able to meet the unmet needs of the existing CAR-T market by overcoming the limitations of existing CAR-Ts and developing Advanced CAR-Ts with higher viability in tumors.
Target Indication: Solid Tumors
