NT3020

NT3020

T Cell Engager
NT3020 is an antibody-based biological agent currently in development, utilizing NEOBASE, a T cell adhesion antibody that facilitates the connection between tumor cells and T cells of the immune system. It is designed with multiple antibody components, comprising a region that activates T cells and another region that specifically recognizes antigens expressed on cancer cells.

The structure of NT3020 primarily consists of two binding sites. One site recognizes and binds to tumor-associated antigens (TAA), which are specific antigens found on the surface of tumor cells. The other site binds to antigens present on the surface of T cells, promoting their activation and functionality.

NT3020 is a multi-specific antibody being developed to target a protein that exhibits specific expression in tumor cells while being minimally expressed in normal healthy tissues. By activating T cells, it directly and effectively suppresses tumor cells.

Target Indication: Solid Tumors
